13.经济能力证明扫描件（由银行开具，存款金额应不低于5万元人民币，有效期至2026年7月15日，须加盖银行公章）
Scanned copy of financial capability proof (issued by a bank, with a deposit amount of no less than RMB 50,000yuan, valid by July 15, 2026, and must bear the official sealof the bank)
