福建船政交通职业学院前身为创办于1866年的中国近代官办第一所高等实业学堂—船政学堂，至今已有160年的历史,是中国近现代职业教育的发轫地。

Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College evolved from the Chuanzheng Academy—China’s first state-run modern higher vocational and technical institution founded in 1866. With a history of 160 years, it is the cradle of modern vocational education in China.

学校是经教育部批准成立的省属公办高等职业学院, 是首批 28 所“国家示范性高等职业院校”之一、国家优质高等专科学校，第一期、第二期中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位。获得第五届、第九届黄炎培职业教育奖优秀学校奖，第三届中国质量奖提名奖。学校建成了以航海技术、道路与桥梁工程技术两大国家“双高”专业群为龙头，以安全技术与管理、新能源汽车技术、低空经济交通服务、轨道交通、机械与智能制造、经济与管理、信息技术与智慧交通为支撑，特色鲜明的“海陆空轨”九大现代综合立体交通专业集群。构建了海、陆、空、轨“四位一体”的全方位交通专业群发展体系和育训并举的办学格局。学校加强国际产能合作，学院和中航国际、厦门金龙、中国通号、格力电器等跨国企业合作，建成了6所省级“海丝学院”，是世界职业技术教育发展联盟成员单位、鲁班工坊建设联盟理事单位、中非职业教育合作联合会中方院校成员单位。培养具有国际化高素质技能人才在沙特、西班牙、意大利、新加坡、喀麦隆及香港等国家和地区就业。

Approved by the Ministry of Education, Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College is a public provincial higher vocational college. It is one of China’s first 28 National Demonstrative Higher Vocational Colleges, a National High-quality Higher Vocational College, and one of the institutions selected for the national Double High-Level Plan in both Phase I and Phase II. FJCCC has received numerous honorsand awardsincludingthe 5th and 9th “Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Excellence Award,” Nomination Award of the 3rd China Quality Award.

Led by two national Double High-Level specialty groups, namely Navigation Technology and Road and Bridge Engineering Technology, the college has developed nine distinctive modern transportation major clusters covering marine, land, air and rail disciplines, comprising various majors such as Safety Technology and Management, New Energy Vehicle Technology, Low-Altitude Economy and Transportation Services, Rail Transit, Machinery and Intelligent Manufacturing, Economics and Management, as well as Information Technology and Smart Transportation.The college has formed a marine-land-air-railintegrated development system for transportation specialties and a school-running philosophy of layingequalstresson education and vocational skill training.

The college actively engages in international industrial cooperation. It has established six provincial-level Maritime Silk Road Colleges in collaboration with AVIC International, Xiamen King Long, China Railway Signal & Communication, GREE Electric Appliances and other multinational corporations. 四、申请条件

Ⅳ.Application Requirements

1. 年龄：原则上18—30周岁 (截至2026年9月1日)。

111  Age: Applicants shall be aged from 18 to 30by September 1, 2026.

2. 持外国有效普通护照且符合《教育部关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》要求的非中国籍公民。

Nationality: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in possession of valid ordinary foreign passports and comply with the requirements stipulated in the Notice on Regulating the Admission of International Students by Institutions of Higher Education issued by the Ministry of Education.

3.具备高中毕业文凭或具有同等学历文凭。

Academic Qualification: Applicants shall possess a high school diploma or a credential of equivalent academic level.

4.身心健康，持有《外国人体检记录表》，身体条件须符合教育部、前卫生部、中国残疾人联合会《关于印发普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见的通知》等相关文件规定，体检不合格者不予录取。

 Health Status: Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy and present a valid Foreign Physical Examination Form. The health conditions shall conform to the provisions of the Guidelines for Physical Examinations for Admission to Regular Institutions of Higher Education and other relevant regulations jointly formulated by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons’ Federation. Those failing to pass the physical examination shall not be admitted.

5.具备一定的汉语水平基础，原则上达到《国际汉语能力水平标准》四级水平（HSK4）；若整个中学阶段以汉语为主要教学语言的高中毕业生，申请入学时可以免交HSK证书，但须出具相应证明。

 Language Proficiency: Applicants are generally required to have attained HSK Level 4 in accordance with the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standardsas the certification for their basic Chinese proficiency. Those who completed their secondary education with Chinese language may be exempt from submitting an HSK certificate, but must provide relevant supporting documents.

6.面试成绩合格。面试内容包含中英文语言水平、学习计划、逻辑思维能力、奖惩和表现情况等。

Interview Requirements: All applicants must attend an interviewabout Chinese and English language skills, study plans, logical thinking ability, awards and punishement, and personal performance.

7.提供家庭经济收入证明，确保学生家庭能承担该生的学习、生活和国际往返差旅等费用。

 Financial Capacity: Applicants are required to provide household income certificates to prove that their families can cover tuition fees, daily living expenses and international round-trip travel expenses.

8.签署包含法律法规、宗教信仰、道德品德等内容的《承诺书》。

 Legal Commitment: Applicants shall sign the Letter of Commitment concerning compliance with laws and regulations, respect for religious beliefs and observance of moral norms.

9.发现其他相关的问题，学校认为不宜录取的，可以提出不予录取。

 Reserved Rights: The college reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant that the college considers not qualified for enrollment.

13.经济能力证明扫描件（由银行开具，存款金额应不低于5万元人民币，有效期至2026年7月15日，须加盖银行公章）

 Scanned copy of financial capability proof (issued by a bank, with a deposit amount of no less than RMB 50,000yuan, valid by July 15, 2026, and must bear the official sealof the bank)

备注：申请人要保证所提供材料是真实、有效的，若学校发现申请人所提供的申请材料存在虚假的情况，学校可以取消其录取资格或取消其学籍。

Note: All documents submitted by applicants must be authentic and valid. The college reserves the right to withdraw admission or terminate student status should any falsified materials be identified.

（一）留学申请

1. Application for Overseas Study

即日起开始申请，2026年7月15日截止，2026年9月入学。 登陆福建船政交通职业学院网站（网址：http://www.fjcpc.edu.cn/）及对外交流中心网站（网址：http://www.fjcpc.edu.cn/zyjnzx/）下载《福建船政交通职业学院国际学生入学申请表》、《外国人体检记录表》、《承诺书》。填写《福建船政交通职业学院国际学生入学申请表》，并连同其它申请材料（扫描件或图片）发送至dwjlzx@fjcpc.edu.cn。

Application starts from the date of advertising to July 15th, 2026. Enrollment is scheduled in September, 2026. Visit the official websites of Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College(http://www.fjcpc.edu.cn/en/) and InternationalAffairs Office (http://www.fjcpc.edu.cn/zyjnzx/) to download the following documents: Application Form for International Students of Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College, Foreigner Physical Examination Form,andLetter of Commitment. （二）材料审核

2. Preliminary Qualification Examination

学校对留学申请提交的材料进行审核，审核通过后，通知申请者参加面试。

The college will conduct a review of all submitted application materials. Successful applicants will be notified to attend an interview.

（三）面试

3. Interview

学校将组织专家对申请者进行面试，面试内容包含中英文语言水平、学习计划、逻辑思维能力、奖惩和表现情况等。面试合格者发放录取通知书。

Experts will be invited for the interviewto evaluate applicants’ Chinese and English language skills, study plans, logical thinking, awards and punishement, and personal performance. Admission letters will be sent to those who pass the interview.

七、奖学金

注：在校留学生入学时需向学校提出申请，审批后方可获得奖学金资助和生活补助，按照《福建船政交通职业学院国际生奖学金管理办法》执行。

Note: International students must file an application upon enrollment,and will be granted scholarship and living subsidies after review, which is subject to the Administrative Measures for International Student Scholarships of Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College.

八、费用

Ⅷ About the Fees

被我校正式录取的考生，应在规定的时间内，按照学校有关要求办理缴费注册手续和进行体检，未按时缴费及体检不合格者，学校取消其录取资格。

Successful candidates shall complete payment, registration and physical examination as required within the prescribed period. Offers will be withdrawnfor those who don’t make paymentby the due date or fail the physical examination.
