1. 年龄：原则上18—30周岁 (截至2026年9月1日)。
111 Age: Applicants shall be aged from 18 to 30by September 1, 2026.
2. 持外国有效普通护照且符合《教育部关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》要求的非中国籍公民。
Nationality: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in possession of valid ordinary foreign passports and comply with the requirements stipulated in the Notice on Regulating the Admission of International Students by Institutions of Higher Education issued by the Ministry of Education.
3.具备高中毕业文凭或具有同等学历文凭。
Academic Qualification: Applicants shall possess a high school diploma or a credential of equivalent academic level.
4.身心健康，持有《外国人体检记录表》，身体条件须符合教育部、前卫生部、中国残疾人联合会《关于印发普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见的通知》等相关文件规定，体检不合格者不予录取。
Health Status: Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy and present a valid Foreign Physical Examination Form. The health conditions shall conform to the provisions of the Guidelines for Physical Examinations for Admission to Regular Institutions of Higher Education and other relevant regulations jointly formulated by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons’ Federation. Those failing to pass the physical examination shall not be admitted.
5.具备一定的汉语水平基础，原则上达到《国际汉语能力水平标准》四级水平（HSK4）；若整个中学阶段以汉语为主要教学语言的高中毕业生，申请入学时可以免交HSK证书，但须出具相应证明。
Language Proficiency: Applicants are generally required to have attained HSK Level 4 in accordance with the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standardsas the certification for their basic Chinese proficiency. Those who completed their secondary education with Chinese language may be exempt from submitting an HSK certificate, but must provide relevant supporting documents.
6.面试成绩合格。面试内容包含中英文语言水平、学习计划、逻辑思维能力、奖惩和表现情况等。
Interview Requirements: All applicants must attend an interviewabout Chinese and English language skills, study plans, logical thinking ability, awards and punishement, and personal performance.
7.提供家庭经济收入证明，确保学生家庭能承担该生的学习、生活和国际往返差旅等费用。
Financial Capacity: Applicants are required to provide household income certificates to prove that their families can cover tuition fees, daily living expenses and international round-trip travel expenses.
8.签署包含法律法规、宗教信仰、道德品德等内容的《承诺书》。
Legal Commitment: Applicants shall sign the Letter of Commitment concerning compliance with laws and regulations, respect for religious beliefs and observance of moral norms.
9.发现其他相关的问题，学校认为不宜录取的，可以提出不予录取。
Reserved Rights: The college reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant that the college considers not qualified for enrollment.
